External access to Callpilot

Hi All

Sometime ago I had some documentation telling me how to access call pilot externally. When I did have this information I remember seeing that the access code between the US/Canadian to the UK was different (US etc being dialling your ddi then press *81. If you try this on a UK BCM the operator thanks you for calling then drops the call. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

To listen to you mailbox messages when you are away from the office:
Ring your telephone number, when voicemail answers press 88, you will then be asked to enter your mailbox number & password,if they are entered correctly you will hear several options,
Press the appropriate digit to select the option you want.
