Hi everybody,
We recently installed a Citrix server, giving it no license and only a temporary certificate. We set up external access as direct to server and translated. This worked. We then purchased and installed a license. We next did the following:
1. disabled external access in Quick Start
2. deleted the rootcert.cer file from the root directory and from within the Certificates snap-in
3. deleted the rootcert.cer file from the client
4. reenabled external access using a temporary certificate
5. copied the new temporary certificate to the client and installed it
Now when we try to connect from the client, we receive a message stating that the MetaFrame Presentation server computer is not accepting connections. Did I handle the temporary certificates wrongly? Any help appreciated; I'm brand new to Citrix.
