Exterior functions from CS1000

User is moving to a CS1000s from a Hicom system, at present any user on the Hicom has the ability to turn on and off the office lighting (Honestly) by using #61 feature from their phone, can this function be replicated on the Nortel system, maybe something along the lines of Door Entry feature or something like that. Any ideas would be welcome,

the pbx line does not have door entry, the ksu side does.. if you have a relay that operates on 90 vac 30 cycle, or a short, then the nortel will do it.. i have build simple access for plant gates.. the drivers pick up a ring down, that hit a night bell, someone picks the call, they can do flash 61 to open the gate
