Ok guys here's my problem. Keep in mind I'm PBX stupid and my expertise is outside plant and cabling. Merlin Legend 7.0... I have 3 extentions that I have in an existing pool (771). I have an outside pots line that I want to ring into these three extentions only, but I want these extentions to stay in the same group of extentions they are already in too. Can it be done? Can there be 2 que/available lights on each phone?

If that line isnt in a pool, you could just assign it to all 3 exts.
Under exts then lines/trunks, enet the ext #and then the trunk number

Or, if it is in a pool, you could assign a ringing pool button on each of the phones for the pool that contains that particular line.

771 is typically an extension for a calling group, which I think you are clling a pool. An Outside POTS line can be assigned to ring into that calling group by adding it in Sys Programming:
Sys Prog > Exit > Extensions > Group CAlling > Lines > then enter 771 > then enter the line or pool of lines you want answered by 771.
I take it that when you call 771 from the inside, that one of the phones rings, and that they are properly logging into and out of that calling group.
Not sure what you want with the "queue available" light.
