extenson in use. 9608 to a IPO500V2

I am trying to subcribe 9608 terminals to a IPO 500 V2 R11.
The SIP extension and user are created. Endpoint and poweruser licenses are availables.
The phone settings are correct (also the signaling). When the starting process ends and I type the extension number and password the terminal shows :
Extension in Use:xxx Press Continue to take over this extension".

The extension is just created, so it ca't be in use



Any idea to solve this ?

Did you create new SIP extensions or H323 extensions? They need to be H323.
