I have a few extensions that have module 0 and port 0 and a couple of extensions are out of order. I assume this is caused by my VCM that is in slot 4, everything is in order mainly up to BD3 except for extensions 73 & 74. How can I resolve this do I just delete the extensions that have module/port 0/0 and then renumber my extensions? Why would it be doing this? The extensions highlighted have module/port 0/0

I will assume that is a BT installed system

They use a preconfigured template and upload it.

Look in SSA
If they are not in use then you can delete them.

It will probably ask for a reboot because the module does not exist.

thanks, I was googling around what does BT stand for?

Hi barkster

I assumed you were in the UK.

BT = British Telecom.

I saw the 101 ports configured and normaly BT do that even though there is no module.

🤦‍♂️💭

thanks, I got it all sorted out.
