I purchased a Dreamweaver extension that gathers form data and emails the contents (beginner Dreamweaver user) which is fine, but don't like the format that gets emailed. What I'd really like is to have a "Save to Pdf" option (like how has for free but it only converts the page without form data filled in).
Are there any extensions out there that will create the scripts to capture the form data AND have an option to "Save as PDF" and it will generate the form with the form data?
