Hi all,

I have this IP500 V2 8.1(63) with a digital expansion module. The carrier has changed their trunks from E1 to PRI 30 channel. The Telco is telling me that I am not sending caller ID to them so they (the telco) is sending the default caller ID out from their switch which is 16008888888888888. However if I log on to manager I can see the sets and extensions showing up, but the sets connected to the expansion module do not appear in System Status. What I have noticed is that I get this problem with all the sets connected to the expansion module.

Has anyone seen this before?

Expansion Module : version 9.0 (-2147483050) DIG ADPx16 RJ45B

currently plugged as Expansion Module 2

thanks

If your expansion is at R9 and your system is at R8.1 that would explain the quirky behavior. Run an upgrade and see if that helps.
