extensions dont hang

hi, i have a customer with a norstar with rls 5.x and another company connect a ip switch for extend the extensions to other office like a remote office, the problem is if anybody call to any extension of these switch and hang first the line still busy, but if the extension hang first no problem, i wonder if have a supervision in extensions like an analog trunk because it´s a big problem for my customer.

help me.

if its an ip gateway does it have disconnect supervision
