Extensions do not ring before going to VM

I have a Partner ACS R3 with a two port Partner Mail R3. The automated attendant answers all calls immediately, when I enter the two digit ext the call transfers directly into voice mail without ringing the ext. This happends at all extensions

Just a couple of question to help figure it out.

Do all transfers go to the Correct mailbox For example if you dial 22 does it goto mailbox 22?
What happens if you intercom ring the extention. Does it ring a few times and goto the mailbox or does it go right to the MB or does it just ringing?
What happens when you transfer a call to the extention (test it by calling in from a cell phone then answering hitting transfer, dialing the extention then hanging up) Where does it go?

It may just be the automaterd branch definitions not set as "direct extention transfer" or it may be DND set on the extentions

Don, thanksfor the reply. It actually was that the mailboxes class of service was set to seven, ie like a guest mailbox, so I set it to class one. Seven doesn't allow ext transfer, so one does.
