Hi All.

Just a little direction, if I can...

I have had a trouble report from a customer where certain extensions cannot call other extensions, but can call 99% of the extensions they have.

I have checked the programming on the extensions in question, and they appear the same as other extensions that have no issues.

Is there any other place I should be checked to find out why calls cannot be made? I haven't ruled human error out of the equation, or phone troubles, but just want to make sure before going any further.

Regards

What kind of system is it and what kind of sets are you dealing with? The most likely culprit is digital sets momentarilly losing communication with the system but if they're IP sets, there's a whole host of issues it can be. Also, are they all on the same system or are they networked?

Are they manually dialing or using per-programmed buttons?
