Extensions and Punch Block Assignment

How do I find out what punch down position my extensions are on. Please help me!!

Do a LEN list-up with matworx.

I never really recieved training on how to use MatWorx so could you tell me how to do that? Or do you know how to list it in CAT mode?

In Matworx, connect to the PBX, then select System --> Len Listup

Once that loads, click the "lookup" button at the lower left corner, then click the print icon.

OK in cat mode you can use command F52 de extension number de and this will return the LEN number. If it doesn't try prefixing the extension number with an f as that is how you find a digital extension. I am assuming you have a record book to relate the len number to a punch down position but if you don't you will need to ascertain where the system tails are terminated on the frame. Then the first pim (lens 000 to 063) is the first 100 pairs starting with len 000 on pair 1 and going up to len 063 on pair 64. the second 100 pairs are the second pim lens 100 to 163 numbering the same way as the first pim and so on.

If you just want to list the lens up in cat mode all you can do is command 10 de 000 de then step through to 063 then start again at 100 etc

press recall then you will see COMMAND enter 10 then press redial enter in 000 then redial again you should see 000:xxxx
if the extension starts with an F it is a digital phone Fxxx and for an analog you will see xxxx and for trunks you will see dxxx
