I have several extensions that I want to put out of service. Thet are both D I D #'s. There is not anyone using the phones but calls do come in to them and we just want to shut them down for now.

If they are digital phones, you can:
LD 32
DISU 20 0 6 6 (example)

Another option is to create an intercept message saying "You have reached a non working number in ABC Company". Then in LD 49 use the IDC table to point your DID to the intercept DN.
