We have a Call Center group with the CDN of 4255. We have a DID of xxx-xxx-4255 pointed directly to this group and all works fine. We want to be able to have employees pick up and dial 4255 internally and be able to get to this group.
It works fine if you call into the main AA and dial 4255 because the VM is transferring to that extension (CDN). Also if you take an incoming call and transfer to 4255 it also works. But we want to be able to pick up and dial 4255 and go to the group also. Any suggestions?
