First of all, I am a complete novice when it comes to Merlin systems, so please excuse my ignorance with this matter.
I'm working on a Merlin Legend system for a customer who would like to have a 'rollover' situation setup for a couple of their extensions. Here's the scenario: When an incoming call or transfer comes into analog extension 536(no buttons) they want it to 'rollover/overflow' to another analog extension 546(cordless) after (3) rings. Then, if this new ext 546 does not pick up after (3) rings, they want it to ring a hunt group 7120.
Is this even possible to setup being that the extensions are analog with no buttons, which would prevent the use of a 'call coverage' button? Is there something in system programming that can control all of this? If I can get it to at least 'rollover' to one extension after (3) rings, that would be sufficient. If someone could provide me with some detailed explanations on the setup process it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
