Agent A and Agent B are in a COR w/ Direct Agent Calling turned on.
When they call each other, the call is treated as a DAC call, so if agent A calls agent B while agent B is in AUX or ACW, the call doesn't ring their phone (the DAC hunt group is set to queue N, so the call immediately falls through to coverage).
The problem is that we actually WANT our internal calls from agent A to agent B to ring B's phone if they are in AUX or ACW. Basically, we would like calls between the agents to be treated as non-DAC, despite the fact that their COR is DAC (and needs to be to have the main number call flow work properly).
Any suggestions? CM 5.2
