EXTENSION TO APPEAR AS 800 NUMBER

Hey.
So you are wanting the number 800 xxx xxxx to appear on an outgoing call correct? Or are you saying you actually have an extension number 1800? If its for outgoing you need to use the public-unknown table in the CM. You can define extensions and ranges in that table, basically if a call is made from any of those extension you can manipulate what the outgoing caller id will display (as long as your carrier supports it) and you can apply it per trunk group.
