I have a customer with a Magix CKE5 rel-3.0 v7.0
I have been banging my head against a wall trying to
get the extension status to work in hotel mode.
I have a Lab legend CKE4 7.0 v10.0 and have it working great !!! Took all the programming notes and
programmed the magix. From the magix console pressing ES0, ES1, or the ES2 keys then press the room number on the DSS it does not work. The lights do not change status, solid, blinking etc.print out said the console IS in ESS SUP status Active.
magix is in the HOTEL mode. Even tried to put a room
ext on a console key. Just a note I have a MLX 10 B on my LAB system setup as operator with the ESO,ES1, and ES2 keys and it works great !!! P
