I have a magix 4.0 that has the extension showing when you call internally instead of the name. This is only happening on 5 out of 50 users and I see nothing different when comparing the extensions to each other on a print out in WinSPM. Anyone know what I might be missing here?

Extension shows instead of Name 1

Have you gone into labeling and tried to relabel the extension? Maybe the extension number is in the name field.

On the last page of extension programming is Display Preference. Choices are Name, Number, or Both. Check known good extensions against problem extensions.
