Having Trouble with converting 100 series extension numbers to 300 series.
any sugestions?
thanks

If your dial plan is set to 3-digit instead of setup space and then converted to 3-digit, you're in for some fun. I would print out the dial plan, the whole thing, and check it over to see what is causing the dial plan conflict. You may have a 6xx range available. If so you can change all 3xx to 6xx, then change 1xx to 3xx. If you don't have a range avaialable to convert the existing 3xx numbers to, the better way is to just make the change now to setup space and then change the appropriate extensions to the 3xx range.

Thanks, There was a conflict in numbering.
Had to change 300 to 500 then 100 to 300.
Workred. thanks again
