Hi all,

How can I program an analogue and digital extension on a nec 9300, that has multiple expansion chassis and also define their position on each of the cards that are for analogue and digital phones.
As I know an aanlogue card port can support 4 phones and digital card can support 2 digital phones
I am looking for these installation steps, but not having much luck in the command line.

Thank you in advance

Well you have the capacities wrong (drastically) and there are multiple steps depending on what you want the extensions to be able to do. the starting point is command 10. check that out and get back to us.

Hi OzzieGeorge,

Thank you for the tip

I programmed the extension that I want in the pbx and also gave them name in the pc pro cm77 if not mistaken
When I insert a cable the is one end rj45 and the other end is 4 Rj 11, I get a tone on the phone, but I cannot dial to the extension
example ext 8000 cannot dial 8001 and vice versa, I get a busy tone immediately when pressing any dgit
What command should I use to allow them to dial each other and also If I want them to dial out from a trunk which is a pstn line
