It is not possible to set NANSI:NUMTYP=EX,NUMSE=7000000&&700100;
,however you can simulate a 7 digit extension setting own exchange number and five digit extension. From your example, This would be NANSI:NUMSE=70,NUMTYP=EN; & NANSI:NUMSE=00000&&00100,NUMTYP=EX; We are using a similar setup on over 30 networked MD110s. Each site has a 3 digit exchange identity NUMTYP=EN and a 4 digit extension range, effectively giving every extension in the network a unique 7 digit extension number.
That's right eriuser.
The dialing may work yes .
But what about the displayed a-number dialing internally .
Example extension 00001 dials 70 00002
What do you think is presented in 00002's display.
This is again a special solution, but works up to 10 digits. The program units (NAP(Sx))'s are not touched.
Problem is that nothing won't be for free......
Would it involve setting a RODDI for the prefix digits,and letting the call trombone and then optimise?Also a RONDI would have to be programmed to give the correct CLI information???? Am I close?!!!
hi rfpui
The manager wants that.
By the way in other PBX like Meridian it is available to put ext with seven digits.
I think there is a patch for BC10 to enable seven digits as an extension number. when I get it I will tell you.
