Extension number plan problem

I have NEC 8100 and SL1000 PBX , I want to dial each other by SIP Trunk by extension number.
May I use extension number 11x on NEC 8100 ,12x on NRC SL1000 and dial each other ?

Yes, you can.
Set 11X up for extension number and 12X for F-route.

I make call 11x to 12x successfully .But when I dial 12x , I will wait 3-5 second to get ringback tone
what config I miss to set up ?

In your route data look at the maximum number of digits and try reducing them.
