Extension number appears when dailing out

Hi all, I have a strange issue where when I dial from an extension for sample 454 suing sip trunk, the receiver sees +454 on their screen
If dial from another 453 extension using sip trunk, the main number appears as it should be.

Is there a config in the pbx that I need to change for this or is this a network issue, because I checked with the provider and I understood from them that it is not from their side
