EXTENSION NOT DEFINED

Using Merlin Legend 3.x with Audix VM i have an extension that outside callers cant reach... When you call in and dial the three digit extension it only gives a message saying "extension xxx not defined" then kicks back to main
anouncment... Any help greatly needed and thanks in advance

I am not an Audix guru, however, it sounds like you have the xxx extension in group coverage going to the Audix, but no mailbox or transfer only permissions set up in Audix.

Thus, to fix it, you will need to either give xxx a mail box or transfer only permissions.

Thanks... That was it i just had to add mailbox to extension and problem solved...
