Afternoon,

Was wondering if anyone has experienced a similar event, or could offer any advice. We're running Cisco Call manager 4.2, all users are using extension mobility, most using a Cisco 7912. Occaisionally, when a user logs out of a phone (or as in the most recent occurance, the phone is reset following a power outage), the Controlled Device Profile for the user account changes. So far it has occured at least 3 times, to different users, in each event the new controlled device profile belongs to another user (when the user logs back in, they are now sharing somebodies else extension).

The occurance seems random, and i've spent most of the day trying to find a similar fault to understand what is causing this behaviour.
