So I have EM enabled for every user. I had a remote user (uses IP Comm) come into the office to work for a couple of weeks. I built a profile for her, she logged on and it all worked fine. The problem she had was logging off. When she selected Services it said in the display "No services configured".

Both phones have EM enabled but I must be missing something on her profile maybe? Thanks

When you open up the base phone configuration, make sure the related links dropdown - subscribe/unsubscribe, that you have set up extension mobility.

Yes, both the 7945(phone she logged on to) and IP COMM are subscribed to EM. I built her profile as a 7945 because 90% of our phones are 7945's.

Now I'm confused, just tried my EM and it doesn't work. Tried another one I built for someone on the same phone and it worked.

Think I know the issue on mine. I enable mulitiple EM login's and it worked on another, so I guess I'm logged on at another phone... have no idea where. I also go the "no services configured" when I tried to log off EM... same as the person using the IP COMM.

you need to add the EM service on the users profile as well. using the drop down again.
Since you overright the phone with your EM profile the profile itself needs to have the service subscribed.
You will need to find your phone in cucm and manually log out from there.
You can also set the EM service to automatically log out after a predetermined amount of time to eliminate the issue you are seeing with your phone. You also set the service to be able to log in on multiple devices (not recommended as users will log in on every phone they need to and forget to log out making it a nightmare for you).

That was it.... I forgot to add EM to the profile. I forget that almost every time. Thanks
