I am currently running CUCM 6.12 and we have an issue with our extension mobility clients. It seems that every once in a while our users will log out of their phone and when their phone resets they are still logged in. however they show as logged out in Callmanager, the only way we have found to fix this issue is to restart our Voip cluster, does anyone know what may cause an issue like this?
