We have call centre agents that use EM. When I upgrade, I know I have to disable extension mobility services. Does that mean agents will be automatically logged out, or no agent will be able to log in (logic says the latter but this is Cisco)? I don't really understand how that works since the call centre is 24x7, I'm guess I have to have EM running at some point.

You running an upgrade is going to kick them out regardless of EM or anything else. You are effectively taking the server(s) down. I would have them log out of everything before hand anyhow, just because once you do the switch version things might be funky if they stayed logged in anyhow.
