extension mailbox

the problem is I have a KX-TVA50.

I had setup the ext to play a greeting. What I want is for the caller to hear only the greeting at that extension and not to leave a message.

I tried un mark (leave message) box under Incomplete call handling for no answer and incomplete call handling for busy..

How come when i make a test call after the message i still here the beeeeeep noise to let caller leave message...

You're half right. It's not a mailbox you're looking for, it's a custom greeting with options. I don't have time to do this one, but go into service settings/edit custom and drag a custom service greeting out.

It was easier in the TVS-50 because the menus were straightforward. Here, you'll probably need to use the help files.
