Hi,

I have IPoffice 3.2(54) and i am unable to make my extension login work properly.
I can logout by using *36, but if I want to login a different extension using *35*N#, i get call rejected everytime, even for the default number. By dialling *36 again, i can login the default number.
I have seen this work here before, but don't know what i am missing. Can anybody help?

Thanks

The person you are trying to log in as, does it have a log in code?

It needs one.

Lets say you set the log in code to be 1234 on x201

The short code to log on would be

*35*201*1234#

There are other ways to do this using buttons or create different short codes.

this should get you started.

ACA - IP Office Implement
ACS - IP Office Implement
ACE - IP Office Implement
ACI - IP Office Implement

Thanks Platinum Guy

I saw my error immediately when i read your reply.
I had the login code but was dialling *35*201# and i thought it would prompt me for the code, but using your way has worked first time

Thanks again

on v3.2 the loging code is optional.
to log on dial *35*<extn>*#
loging code IS mandatory form V4.0 upwards
