Extension issue

We have an issue with extension number. When we transfer any call to it we get the busy beep

post a TNB of the phone.
Also go to ld 80 and trace the phone. See if there is anything activated on the phone which could cause this.

Check for your MARP too

do you have 1 of the following
1. DND/ Busy key active
2. stat the TN of the set when idle
3. call forward active to an unavailable destination

Ringer fluid is probably low causing the busy. You can stat the fluid level in ld 32

either ringer fluid or the polarity is reversed on the flux capacitor, try re-starting the flugle binder & you'll be sorted
