Extension Issue

Hi,
I am new to this voice system.

We have a Meridian Option 11 pbx and we are having an issue with an extension.


The problem that i am having is that when some one call from outside and dail this extension it doen't ring and the call goes to a voice mail, but if i dial the extension from inside it works fine.

How can i remove this? i need this extension to ring when someone calls it from outside

That would probably be IncomingDigitConvestion on your Public RouteDataBlock are you familiar with programming at the route data and digit conversion levels LD 16 and LD 49 for changes LD 21 for print outs

It could also be how the autoattendant is setup
