We have a remote office with BCM50 and has this weird problem. We just found out that one of our extension is no longer ringing to this assigned phone and it ringing to the other phone.
From example:
Phone A has extension 5214. It used to be ringing fine when someone called from internal/external.
Now If someone call this number internal/external it will ring to phone B(ext. 5289) but it will reach 5214
How can we check what set DN is being answered by this phone? I have checked that this phone is not forwarded.
