Extension is not valid

On Mitel 3300 Controller, I set up the MLAA. When a caller calls from outside and press extension number, the caller gets the error message "Extension is not valid". I figured it out. When the extension has a voice mailbox, the call is transferred, no voice mailbox extension is not able to connect. How to solve this problem?
