Extension if Forwarding to Voicemail for no good reason...

I have an extension that is set up correctly but for some reason all in bound calls are goign directly to his voice mail, even inside extensions.

His answer tab is set up normally just like all my other extension that work.

Any trouble shooting steps you can suggest for me to fix this problem?

Could also be set up as a virtual and not logged in. Make certain the user can actually make calls. Rings to answer may be set too low... Hrm... Check the user's "Activity" as well.
