Extension going right to voicemail

Does anyone how to turn off the feature where every call goes to voicemail on a Merlin Legend, relese 6.0? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Do not Disturb?????, is this a phantom extension or a real physical phone?

Yes it is a real extension and when I first looked at the phone, none of the buttons were programmed. I programmed a DND button and had the person toggle it off and on. Still, the calls go directly to voicemail. Just seems strange.

Are you certain that you're dealing with the right extension?
Secondly, take it out of voice mail coverage and test again, Lastly, swap the phone for one just like it and see if it still happens.

Is the mailbox created as "with a phone" if it is Merlin Messaging, or have the proper class of service if it is Merlin Mail?

I tried all of the above and still nothing worked. I ended up having to remove the extension and add it and it corrected the problem. Strange though. Thanks for all of your suggestions.

Well, if you want to make it so that only outside or transferred calls, not intercom calls go to voicemail. Turn Inside Coverage off. You should also check the group coverage delay for that extension.
