HI ,
One of our key office has Two deferent extensions (for example 3020 and 3025) there is any way to program if extension 3025 become disable it automatically forward to extension 3020

You can set the FDN.

3020 - FDN should be set to 3025
3025 - FDN should be set to 3020

Hunt can go to voicemail.

This way if phone is busy it will forward to the other and vice versa. Could create a loop if no one is available. If they are not on the line and it rings 3/4 times, it can hunt to voicemail.

The answer is no. A disabled set will hunt and forward as it is programmed to do.
