Hello,
I was wondering if any has had to print out a directory of extensions from call manager. I can't seem to find a wayt to print the report, or export this list into excel. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Doing a Route Plan Report will give you all the Extensions but unless you have the User Name as the Description of the phone, it may not help.

Is there a way to get a report will all the extension and user name at one time. Seem like the route plan report will only show 50 item at a time. Is there a way to generate a report will all the users in the directory? I have about 3000 users. Thanks.

Export it into an Excel form and all the users will be there.

Where in callmanager can I find export please advise. Thank you.

In the route plan report page you can select to export it. Located on the top/right of the page

I think I found it. For my version is call View In file. Thank you.

Do you know if there is another way to export the current list of users in the directory? It seem like the router plan report show users that are no longer in the global directory. I want to create a list so I can check to see who is gone from the company so I could take them out of the directory. Thanks.

It does not pull the info from the global directory but from the actual phone database. That is how you get MAC address, DN, description, etc. If a user still appears there it either means that when they left the description was not updated or the device was not deleted.

Thanks, those are some useful information but is there a way to somehow get a list or export a list of all the users that are in the global directory. So, I can compare the list to see who is here and who is gone. This will help me clean up the database. Thanks.

You might try getting a list from your Active Directory if the two are linked together to compare to

CCNA, Net+
Working on MCSA, Convergence+, CCVP

You can also look at the followin URL

ip address>/ccmuser/directory.asp

here you can find an online version of the users/phonenumbers in de DCDir.

go to do an open search.

I think this will give you 50 entries at a time. I have chnaged this to 500 entries. Then you just need to print off the 6 pages.

You can change the number of entries for the User Search Limit under User Search Parameters in Enterprise Parameters Configuration in System
