Extension dials same intercome 1

An extension on Norstar dials the same internal extension number no matter which button or key is pressed on the set.Lines are assigned to appear and ring. Wether I press an intercome key,line key or feature key, the extension immediately dials the same three digit intercome number.
Any clues on this is much appreciated.

You have a stuck button. Look at all the buttons carefully, one will have a corner depressed.
