Where do i find list of Extension Codes

Um... so are you asking what the columns mean in the Public Unknown numbering table?

So:
Ext Len equals the number of digits in the dial string. In this example, the extensions are 4-digits.
Ext Code equals the leading digits in the extension number(s). In this example, we have digit strings starting with 2, 3, 4, 5, and 66. With the Ext Length of 4, that makes the whole dial strings 2xxx, 3xxx, 4xxx, 5xxx and 66xx. Each range can be assigned a different CPN Prefix to make a full public number, as indicated in the CPN Prefix column.
