As far as I remember it is REO DED XXXX
Where XXXX is the destination Extension
It should show it as well when you LEX
Where REO - Revise Extension Operation
Types: NORM - Normal
DED - Dedicated
EMG- Emergency
RAM - Remote Access Modem
VDIR - Voicemail
