What is extension 7929 ?

7929 is a calling group extention number just like 770 is. When you do the Auto VM setup in the magix it uses 7929 as the VM calling group.

thanks, why do most ppl use 770 instead of 7929 for vm?
ne ideas
thx

770 was the way to set up VM in the books, and the older switches did not have a group 7929. I guess if you see 7929 as the group you can tell that you did an AUTO CONFIGURE available on Magix 1.5 and later with Merlin Messaging 2.0 or later
