Extension 200 VM Coverage

Customer has Legend R 5 and MLM 007 - I have the day and night dial 0/timeout transfering to extension 200. Extension 200 is in the vm coverage group on the legend and has a mailbox in the MLM with COS 3. but calls to 200 do not cover to vm - wether you dial 0 - nothing at all or 200.

Thanks in advance for any help....
 
If its in the cover group and a mailbox is assigned it should go. Try printing out ext 200 and see if that sheds any light.
 
under o/timeout is option 3 to extensions going to 200
o trnsfer to CSO
1 transfer to general Mail Box
2 Disconnect
3 transfer to station 200
 
In case you guys ever run into it - I removed primary cover 200 buttton on extension 205 and it worked fine. I was told it was a common issue in R3, even though mine is an R5.
