Try a number change. Assign 133 to a digital phone. See if the problem moves with it. If it doesn't it's internal to the phone system itself (because the phone system saves settings to the ports, not the extensions). Usually if this sort of thing happens, it's a call-forward issue or a extension group issue. You can also try to forward x133 to a display phone, then try to diagnose. Also look to see if it is an intercom ring or a CO ring, to try to track where it's coming from.
