Extending the dial timeout on a single analog port?

Is this possible? I have an option 81C 4.5 at a VA hospital. All my dialers work fine, however they recently replaced a two-line dialer for the fire alarm and it intermittently fails to send the DTMF digits before the analog dial tone times out. Every time I monitor the DTMF leaves within 3 1/2 secs. and all is well. This dialer does a test dial every 24 hours and aprox. once a week it fails. Now, this same dialer is failing over two of my analog ports that are on different cards. In order to totally cover my back, I want to know if I can extend the dial timeout per port, not per card, or globally.

This is going to be a System Wide Setting in the CDB under TIMR at the DIDT prompt.

Dial tone and Interdigit timeout for DTMF sets.
Where: xxx = 0-(14)-60; yyy = 0-(14)-60; zzz =
0-(14)-60 when International Supplementary
Features (SUPP) package 131 is equipped.
The 1st parameter is the time before first digit
or the dial tone time. The 2nd parameter is the
time between the first and second digits. The
3rd parameter is the time between digits after
the second digit.
Odd entries are rounded down to a valid
multiple of two seconds.

(SUPP) package 131 is not equipped.
