Hi, I have a customer that has a help desk on the west coast and and has a few support people in the east.
It would be nice if they could all take live calls and instead of using VM.

The features of a hunt group with a couple of lines call forwarded to the exernal support people would work just fine. Unfortunetly hunt groups override call forwarding.

Does anyone know of a good solution to extend stations, via voip or toll calls, or? to combine a diverse help desk into a virtual group?

They are currently running a MICS 4.0.
TIA
Doug

mck makes a very good extender try looking on there web site

ONLY 21 WEEKS TILL SKI SEASON STARTS

As Pat says MCK or it is possible to use the Norstar Trunk VOIP gateways and an integrated dialing plan etc. VOIP trunking is what VOIP is all about.
