Extending rings before AA transfer

My legend with ver 7.0 transfers calls to AA after 5 rings in day mode. I would like to extended that by 1 or 2 more rings. In day mode all calls go to the attendant console on pri trunks pool 70. I think my new winspm 9.0 has me guessing where to change the overflow?

Print Group Calling info and see how it is set now.

That should give you a hint as to what needs to be changed.
 
I did print the group calling info, nothing is clearly indicating a transfer time or # of rings. What would that item actually be called, or I can post the report?

If I were to set up a PRI where you could have x amout of ringing before AA picks up in day mode then I would do this:

Sacrifice the Operators personal vm by assigning the extension as AAx. Assign a group as AAx and enter the group and Operators extensions into the night service group. This will allow day and night AA coverage and also allow the group delay ringing for the Operators extension to control the ring amount before AA picks up during the day.

Question 1: Does the Operator have a personal vm box or not?

Q2: Is the Operators extension built as AA?

If no on 1 and yes on 2 then adjust the group delay ringing for the operators extension.
