I want to move a cat 5 patch panel to another location, which will require me to extend the length of each cable approximatly 15'. My thoughts were to put female ends on the existing cables that were previously punched down to the panel. Then put male ends on my extenders and then punch the extensions down to the patch panel. Non of this will exceed the 100m standard.

Any issues with this?

Is this possible? Yes

However, be aware you are adding many more points of failure.
And of course, it's not according to standards.

As well as what dearingkr mentioned, the more patch points you have the more noise you are likely to receive on the line. This can lead in weird little issues, that can be time consuming to investigate.
