Extender Detail Form File Path Look Up doesn't work properly

I am running GP 7.5 and Extender 7.5.22.
I've created an extender form that requires a file path as one of the data field. When I click on the folder icon on the detail grid it brings up a calendar instead of a file open dialog.
Any how I typed in a valid file path in that field and then when I click on the hyperlink on the grid header (which suppose to open up the file I've specified) it comes up with "Run Application Error:.
Also, I notice that if I click on the look up button on the detail grid it'll bring up another form which this time the file icon is working properly (bring up a file open dialog), but this information is not synchronized to the grid sometimes.
I believe that the look up field wasn't connected to the look up button properly. But I can't upgrade to 7.5.25 (the newest extender version) because I get an error that's basically looking for multicurrency setting (EXT40000) and I don't have that table installed on our SQL server.

I would suggest that you contact eOne Business Solutions and ask their support team how to handle this.

Also, it is always wise to be running the latest version of the code, so you will need to sort out the cause of the error you are seeing.
